ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM OUR WEBSITE
Once a customer places an order on our website, an order confirmation will be emailed to the customer, stating each product that has been requested for purchase. Our order confirmation is not an acceptance of your order by Luellas Little Loves.
Once your requested products have been dispatched, (unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with our instructions) an acceptance has been made and a contract between the customer and Luellas Little Loves exists. Orders will be shipped when all items are available unless

CONDITIONS OF USE
Luellas little Loves reserves the right not to accept your order. A refusal of an order may occur where payment is unable to be authorised, the requested item(s) is out of stock, we have identified a pricing or product description error, shipping restrictions apply to the item in question or there is failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria in our Terms and Conditions.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Pricing on Luellas Little Love is in GBP and does not include VAT. We do not charge for VAT .
The GBP price of a product displayed on the website at the time of order is accepted and will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2- 20 working days of the order being placed - if you would like to cancel your order, please email email@example.com stating the relevant details
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, then you may return items using the returns form provided with your order. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Items received after this time period may be refunded with store credit only. All products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, in the original packaging and unworn.
All footwear must include the original shoe box, in its original condition. Shoe box Fees will be deducted from any refund if the shoes box is
missing or damaged. Buyer is to pay the return postage, we recommend you use a tracked service as you are responsible for your parcel until it has been received into our warehouse. We regret we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit. Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges to international customers, if you require a different size and colour then you will need to place a new order. Please allow up to 10 days for an exchange to be processed. Buy one get one free - if returning one of two items half the price paid will be refunded. Clothing may not be eligible due to only stocking one off pieces. Once received, your refund will be processed within 7 -10 days, Any delivery charges are non refundable.
Socks and Tights are not eligible for return, due to hygiene reasons. Sale items must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
FAULTY GOODS/INCORRECT ITEM SENT -
If you have received an incorrect item - We shall cover the return postage costs to the value of the original postage only
Faulty goods must be reported to us by email . Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have an early right to reject goods that are faulty and receive a full refund (once goods are returned). This right is limited to 30 days from the date you received the product. After 30 days, products will be sent back to the manufacturer to investigate & repair, if repair is not possible a replacement shall be sent.
DELIVERY ADDRESS -
Please ensure that you have entered the correct address - if your order is returned to us because the address is unrecognised then a
refund for the products shall be issued with the buyer still liable for the postage (Unless the fault is found to be Luella's Little Loves)
If your order is returned to us, because it was left uncollected from the delivery office - If you'd still like to receive your order, you will be liable
for the delivery cost to return back to you, If you would like a refund, we will issue a refund less the original delivery cost.
POSTAL COMPANY MISTAKES
We can not be held responsible for mistakes made by the postal companies - In the case of postal company mistakes I.E sorted to the wrong country or incorrect info entered - refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Luellas Little Loves.
All items are subject to availability. Luella's Little Loves places orders with suppliers on a weekly basis, so products may take up to 15 working
days, If this is any longer we will contact the customer at the email address provided as soon as possible. Clothing items will be shipped immediately - unless we are on our annual shutdown
When a sale is launched, We may only include items held in physical stock, in a particular colour and size - if other sizes/colours are available they may be priced at the original price
Price match is available on selected products only, and where the price match icon can be seen. the product must be the identical item, brand name, quantity and model number, shown on an online store only, social media accounts DO NOT COUNT. the matching item must be full price and not in the sale. Price match must be completed before sale and all sales are final, Price match will not count after the sale has been completed. we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and we reserve the right to withdraw our price match benefit at any time.
Vouchers are valid for one year from purchase. The gift voucher expiration date will be stated on them and can not be used after that date.
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with a paypal or credit card payment. If it is less, then change can not be given. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, rep discounts, Payment plans or any other discount codes. Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. In any event you may not sell the Vouchers through the internet without our consent.
We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Vouchers by you to a third party.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURE
The purchaser of the voucher is entitled to a 14-day 'cooling off' period provided the gift voucher is returned unused within 14 days of purchase, after which a full refund will be made.

You must not misuse our website, you must not intentionally introduce viruses, spyware etc. or any other malicious material that is harmful to our website or business. Luellas little loves have the right to refuse to post content on our website and can remove any content already on the website. You must not act in breach with intellectual property rights or confidentiality. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website. You must not attack our site for denial of service.
